Feeding of Crows

Crows have strong beaks and they are not fussy eaters. It feeds on seeds, worms, insects, flesh and sometimes even they eat the eggs and nestings of other birds. Farmers use scare crows and shot guns to get rid off them, since they destroy the seeds in the farms, especially the paddy farms. They are also called as scavengers. They don’t kill animals. They feed on the flesh of dead animals. The feeding characteristic of crows falls in any of the three categories seed eaters or eaters or nest robbers.Some of them collect the seeds and store it for later use
