Green Award

The Honda Civic Hybrid car won the Green Award in the AutoCar Awards, 2009. Honda deserves to be praised for its commitment to the green movement. The Hybrid car combines the petrol powered car with the efficiency of an electric. At lower speeds, the electric motor powers the car and when its accelerated, it assists the petrol engine. Thus less petrol is consumed. It is an indication of the technology of tomorrow.
