i think this greenathon is quiet vital,as this is the right time for the public medias and the govt, to aware the people on the need to protect our environment.this is the era where the people extract all the available resources and leave nothing to our future generations.atleast if the people realize their fault atleast now, i think the planet earth will be protected. i also think that this programme shud also concentrate on protection of endangered wild lives too.
as the earth is the mother and home for each and every organisms , we must strive hard to save her beauty....
greenathon is the good steps taken by ndtv@toyota to aware people.first step should be taken to stop cutting trees,vehicle pollution should be stop.I thanx idea group for their advertisement in tv to protect forest.people should take time from their busy schedule to plant trees atleast once in a week.
I hope NDTV GREENATHON-2 end up being more successful than GREENATHON-1 and raise more funds to bring positive changes....
