Small Eco Facts

1. Earth's earliest ice age may have been due to the rise of oxygen in the atmosphere, which consumed green house gases and chilled the Earth.

2. The number of amphibian species in Madagascar seems to have been grossly underestimated with the newly found 129 and 221 species of frogs.

3. Huge Coral reefs could disappear by 2100 due to over fishing, pollution and climatic changes.

4. If the temperature gets too high, even the plants and trees will start emitting the carbon di oxide.
